Karur Vysya Bank — Unknowingly Minus balance is getting charged

I have opened account in KVB considering zero balance account online and finished KYC at branch. Unfortunately i am being charged for not maintaining the balance. Later i understand that it is not a Zero balance account. But i havent did a single transaction and not even having a debit card. But i am getting charged for no good reason. Please nullify and close my account.
