Kashyap Automobiles, Beltola, Guwahati — multiple times repair of the same issue

Dear sir/ma'm,
I would like to bring to your kind attention that i bought one spendor ismart bike on 3rd oct 2019 from kashyap automobiles, beltola, guwahati-781028. But to my utter surprise on 15th sept my bike suddenly stopped and i have to bring it on a tempo to kashyap automobiles. They told me that one of the valve was bent which was replaced. When i ask about warranty they told me that valve dont cover under warranty i spent almost rs.1300/-.. The bike was delivered to me after two days

But again on 30th october, i found some cracking sound from the enzine and smoke from the silencer. When showed to them they could not able to detect the problem, and after one day they told me that i have to replace one oil pump. But still the problem occurs. On the third day they told me that one nut was broken from the chain spoket because of which the oil pumpget damaged, and they replace the chain spoket nut. They delivered me the bike after 3days and i spent rs.1029/-.

But again on 20th november the same cracking sound appeared and smoke from the silencer again i showed them, and they told me to left the bike. The next day they told me that because of low mobil supply, the block piston got damaged and needs to be repaired, which will come under warranty. They delivered me the bike after 2 days and assured me that the problem isi now solved as they have replaced the piston, piston ring and rocker. As i dont have such idea about the block piston, i believe on them. I spent rs.558/-

Again on 19th december the same sound appeared and smoke from the silencer. They again told me to left the bike. The tecnician told me that again the valve was bent, as he forgot to change the oil seal of the valve before and again he changed the oil seal and valve. He assured me that the problem is now solved permanently. I spent rs 941/- and the bike was delivered to me after 1 day.

But to my surprise again the same problem of cracking sound and smoke from silencer found on 24th december. Then i showed the bike at pibco enterprise, as i had previously worked in pibco enterprise in the accounts section, all the staff including the works manager knows me very well. Their technician told me that since the block was not replaced the problem is occuring again and again. Then i met the works manager of kashyap, mr. Jugal, and he had a talk with the works manager of pibco enterprise. He told me that since they dont have idea that the block might have been damaged, they did not change it. Now he ask me to keep the bike, and they will replace the block assembly. He also told me that it will be better if i give the bike at pibco enterprise, as they are unable to repair it. They will help them with the parts etc. They did not give me update the whole day, and in the evening when i call hem up, they told that sisnce block is not available it will take 2-3 days to repair
Now my question is that when i purchased the bike, i told them that i will buy in cash as i urgently need a bike as i have to ride 50 kms daily for office. Without the bike it is difficult for me to go to office. But i have to keep the bike in the service center for about 10 days since sept till dec but with no result. I bought the bike for around rs.76000/- in cash, but after one year i have to spent around rs.4000/- in 4 consecutive month from sept'19 to dec'19 in repair which is not expected from hero motorcycle.

I am not at all satisfied with the service of kashyap automobiles, nor the technician nor the supervisor, as they themselves don't have the confidence to repair the bike, and they are just changing the parts on assumption. They are unable to detect problem.

So i want that either my bike to be replaced, or exchanged for a better price. I cannot rely on this bike, which is just one year old. Or i want the money back for all the harassment and anxiety i am facing since last 4 months.
