Kaveri Travels — allocation female seat beside to male seat

Hi team,

I did face discomfort in your travels today.
How do you allocate a seat to female passenger beside to a male passenger. My seat number is r8 and beside to me r7 which is allocated to female. I had a chat between the driver & co at dinner stop time. This is embarrassing situation for me by this journey. I did bus booking on your travels website.
If you need more details reach out to me in my number. Somehow i adjusted to another seat for the matter not to create problems to come passengers. Moreover, we did call to praveen who is attendent for this journey, he didn't responded for our questions.
