Kaveri Travels — driver and cleaner misbehaviour

Hi, today i want to send my brother from mysore to hyderabad.
I asked cleaner whether this bus will go to hyderabad at infosys campus. I way he responded was not acceptable. Joining his hands, driver also started arguing with me in rood way. There body language was as if they are ready to fight.
I don't understand r u appointing kind and police drivers who r friendly with passengers or rowdies who want to fight with passengers.

It will be appreciated if you train them on how to behave.
