Kaveri Travels — duplicate bills providing by the kaveri employees for extra charges

We have booked 15 carton boxes to bangalore as a cargo service thru Kaveri Cargo service on 12/06/18 around 4.30pm. The Employee who manages the cargo services (Name: Ramakrishna) has given duplicate hand written printed bill initially with an amount of Rs. 3000/- and he said printer is not working to provided the computer bill. We agreed for the amount and paid the 3000 rupees. Later he provided computer bill with amount of Rs.1995/- only with LR number.
He did book the cargo once we paid the amount to get the LR number online, otherwise is cargo is not booked in terms of Cargo service.
Once we opposed and asked to give back the balance amount, he is replying very aggressively and saying no body cant do any thing about this and using some abbuse words. Please take some actions.
