Kaveri Travels — left passenger at dinner break and bus was moved without counting seats

I booked kaveri travels a/c bus from bangalore to piduguralla... At around 9 pm bus stopped for dinner break and at 9:30 they left me at the restaurant and started the bus without counting the no of seats/ all passengers came or not... I don't have bus driver contact number too... So i called to bangalore office and got the number... Thank good there is one more kaveri bus (Non-a/c) at the same restaurant... So both drivers talked each other... And the a/c bus driver planned me to continue in same non a/c bus (And asking me there are seats available in non a/c bus)... I scolded him like anything you stop the bus for 10 min we will come and catch my bus. Finally after 2 hours i shifted to my original... Waste of my sleep, patience... These days they are becoming very in puntual... Finally i obsery that there is no cleaner for the bus.
