Kaveri Travels — rude attitude

I have reserved a seat in other travels. They changed seat to Kaveri travels out of some issue. My boarding time is 9.10 pm yet they asked time till 9.45pm because it is different travels. When I call at 10 pm asking still bus has not yet reached. He says it takes some more time. I asked you should have told the exact time and he says it takes 10.15pm to start bus in Chandanagar. My f**""" stop for pick up is JNTU. This is really rude on agent behaviour do u think we are paying for seat to listen your s***. I want serious explanation and needful to be done.
