Kaveri Travels — unable to contact kaveri travels number

Today my grandmother is traveling from nellore to hyderabad. As she is not educated she is not aware of routes. I didn’t receive driver number in message only i received pnr number with some kaveri contacts. I tried to contact to the numbers in message in the morning. None of them lifted the call. I tried reaching to nellore travels number and hyderabad travels number. And at last i tried to reach head office number. And i called to my grand mother and asked to give mobile to driver. He denied to talk. Ticket doesn’t have bus number too. Bus is almost 2 hrs late.
