Kaveri Travels — worst experience

I travelled vijayawada to bnglre on 5th feb. Most worst experience which i have faced. Mid night at around 2o clock suddenly they changed the bus without any repair simply for their permit issues. This is the third time i faced the same issue.
There is no bathroom facility for ladies.
They stopped the ac after 7am.

No proper response from the bus operators.

Not even one star is not suitable for the kaveri travels.
