Hi, may be u don't think this concern was important bcoz u guys having lot of business... But the attendant who's name is {chandu} he does not know the value of customers i'm calling him for the status of my his about 24times he doesn't lifting the call... After i called to direct kaveri travels they given one of the person number and they said we don't know about the status and we are only cargo members.. Then how should i reach my bus. The thing bus was got accident and they changed the bus... We didn't get any information about they changing the bus and i'm standing with my family at road from 7:00pm the bus time was 7:40pm and the bus came at 11:00pm wats the # is this... No information and finally the worst travels in the state it's better to travel with rtc they know about the customer value... Plz try to give better service for customers i'm not the one customer who regularly facing this type of concern i[censored] have any doubts plz check your reviews and maintain proper staff... Now a days business becoming very crucial in the ratings every fields are trying to give best service may be i think kaveri travels doesn't keep customers problem worst service worst staff...
