Kazo — No refund received for the wrong products

I have been chasing the brand since a month. The day I received the package, I informed that 3 incorrect products have been received. First they did not care about the complaint for a month. When I asked about why a partial refund has been made, the customer care person was so rude blunt and manner less that she refused to accept the complaint and hung up. She did not respond to any emails for a month and nicely robbed me of my money for the products that I don’t even have with me. Such a FRAUD.

I literally have an entire chain of emails where I have only got automated responses and not once did the Brand care to contact me via email or phone to discuss my complaint or even share an update on the refund.
