This is with refernce to my complain related to the product i purchased from your pacific mall subhash nagar store which is grey colour purse of rs 4000. Within the purchase of 4th day the handle lock of the purse came out. I approached ur gip mall noida store for the same issue and he asked me to visit pacific mall as i have purchased the same from thar store and after 20 mins of harrasement, store manager vishal agreed to exchange the same and handed me a fresh purse just alike my previous one and assured me now i will not face such issue. After my exchamge its not been a month i believe the same issue appeared in the second purse also. When i again approached ur gip mall on 6th morning and he asked me to wait as it was diwali holidays so i decided to approach pacific mall this time on 11th and handed over the purse to him and he agreed to resolve my issue by monday evening. Bt later on 11th evening around 8:30 that store manager called me and said my exchange or refund request is denied as we have already replaced amd asked me to contact his senior ms farah for the same and claims that u r over loading the purse.
I just want to understand at the time of purchase do u guys give terms and conditions that we cnt carry liostic and wallet in the bag as it will overload the purse resulting damage and my 4k rupees will be vanished as you guys will not refund my money. This is complety fraud practices which yoy guys are doing, eating clients hard earned money and using cheapesr quality of material amd blaming the customer. I will take this nonsense on social sites and media as you guys are cheating the clients and not resolving the issue. I have been harassed by you store managers as i have been chasing for my hard earned money. For you guys its just a purse but just see from client perspective its 4k rupees which we are spending. I[censored] ppl can't afford to give client services then you guys have no rights to charge this much amount of money for such cheap stuffs.
I need entire refund of my money. I dnt want to deal with kazo going forward with such kind of cheating.

Being a regular customer of Kazo did not expect such pathetic customer service ! Having so much issue in exchanging a top .have already visited 3 Kazo stores in Lucknow but to no avail! Kazo has really disappointed me this time
