This is the 4th stop over of the trip which some are unnecessary...stop over should be atleast onve only during a estimated time of 5hrs trip...the driver is only talking with a driver from different bus company...waste of time riding this bus company...Sucks

I bought a ticket at Hentian Duta heading to Butterworth on 22/12/17 cost RM50. Stated in the ticket departure time will be at 3pm but I waited more than 1hour for the bus. When I call the HQ of Kejora in Penang. The staff were very rude and not responding. I would not suggest this bus service anymore.
We bought kejora bus ticket online (we are travelling from sg-malacca-kl). But since we are at hotel in malacca, we could not print out the booking summary. We have a very bad experience. In the morning, when we go to the counter, the lamp is on, but nobody is there. A man approached me, and when I asked him, he said to go to platform 16. I asked again where is that, but he looked angry and grab my arm rudely while pointing somewhere. It was so scary. I never experience things like this in my own country. Why should I experience this in Malacca. Then we went to platform 16, and the driver asked for our tickets and told us to go to the counter, because we didn’t print out the tickets. He went with us, but the man before talk to him and he told us to get in the bus. We know then that he was kejora counter staff. I thought that I was asking the wrong person before. But he was kejora counter staff all along. And he was very rude! Won’t ever use this bus again! (the passangers was only 3 ppl including us and the bus depart late)
