Kelvinator — poor service

Hi team,

I am writing this complaint with lot of frustration.

This shows how poor your after sales service is. I bought a kelvinator 190l (Ref kw203egt-fda) refrigerator in flipkart on 31st may 2015 (So my fridge is just 2 years and 5 months old). The fridge stopped working on 5th sept 2017. I raised a complaint on 5th sept (Che[protected]), this was attended by dd electronics on the same day (Refer bill 1 attached), he changed some part and charged me rs.1500. The frige was functional after this repair and after two days it stopped again. So i raised a complaint on 9th sept (Che[protected]), this was again assigned to the same service centre dd electronics, the did not turn up this time until i chased couple of times. The came to service only on 13th sept, they tried changing the same part which they changed on 5th sept but it did not work. They finally told us that the compressor should be changed. So we told them to check for warranty and they told they have placed and order for new compressor. On 22nd sept they came back with new compressor and they changed it and charged us rs.2200 for filling gas (Refer bill 2 attached). The fridge worked for two days and stopped. Now i have raised a complaint on 26th sept (Che[protected]) for which the service team never came back until now. My question is for a 10k fridge i have spent rs.3700 now and still there is now resolution. Does the service centre really know what the issue is? Are you guys cheating and stealing money from customers. When my parents told me not to buy kelvinator i went against their decision and bought this fridge. But now i regret my decision. What are you going to do to fix this?
