[Resolved]  Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan — Kv fees not reflected/ credited in the kvs fee portal but amount debited from my account

Did you get the refund? If yes, how did you do it? And after how many days did you receive it? Please share details.

On 11th july 2022 i have submitted fees of santhosh.R, s/o Reegan fernandaz, and his kvs students Unique Id is ([protected]), and date of birth is 12/12/2008, through online mode link provided for online payment by ubi and after completing all details i can choose UPI mode for payment through Google pay, transaction was successful and amount is also deducted from the account but fee payment is not updated in the system, and status of fee payment is shows unpaid on the kvs portal.
Kindly help me out of this problem, if possible then updated the status of the fee payment otherwise cancel the transaction and paid back amount Rs. 2400 in the same bank account.

I paid kv fees through UPI ([protected]@oksbi), amount Rs.1800/-
on 06/07/2023 at 11.55 am, UPI transaction ID[protected], status showing that initiated but not completed, kindly credit my amount to my sbi account.

i also am currently facing the same problem. the amount has been deducted but not reflected in kvs portal. whom should i contact?
this is only happening with kv fees payment coil. Its fishy
