Hi Team,
I have register the complain for Cooler Little 35, where there was the issue of swing.
Below is the complaint number

The call center agent gives various number to call for technician help, calling on those numbers says that location is not under my control, some say he is on leave, some don't picks the call, nor callbacks.
I am now very agitated taking various follow ups.
I want my cooler replace with new one as its just 10-15days of purchase & issue occurred.
Nor there is proper feedback with customer care service.
