Kenstar Packers And Movers — Courier not delivered- Owner not picking calls from my number | |||
Hi, Amit - +91-[protected](my name and number) I have booked a bike and television to be transported from Delhi to Pathankot on 10th May. The guy from Kenstar packers and movers at first told me that it will cost 5000/- INR for both including packaging and door to door pickup and delivery. They promised to deliver the stuff by 19th May. The next day I got a call that you need to transfer 2900/- INR to some account number for package to be delivered. According to him it was for service tax and transit insurance. I discussed with him and told him I will pay money at the time I will receive my package, to which he agreed. I called him on 20th May and he said he will make sure the stuff reaches my doorstep by 23rd May 2015. On 23rd I called him and he is not picking my calls since then. I tried calling him from different numbers and he picks up call and as soon as I enquire about my package he disconnects. Hi office is in Dwarka sector 26 and I am in Chandigarh so can't go to his office. Name of this guy is Vikas. I have all bills and documents with me. Please if something can be done in this regard. I am shocked why no one till now took any action against them although I am going to take very strict action against them.
More than a cheater!!!
I am here summarizing how did Kenstar proceed with my order and our respective conversation.
Picked house hold items from Gurgaon on 09th July.
Household items delivered to Bangalore on 26/27th July and following items were missing.
LPG cylinder
Chairs
6 Cartoons value more than 1.25 lacs.
Once we called Vikas Chaudhary to update on following items, he was not picking our calls since that day.
No info as of now even after two months.
If you are planning to use Kenstar services, just visit thier office in Dwarka. You won't need any further feedbacks than.
All their branches number mentioned on website are invalid.
