I booked a ticket from bangalore to kannur to travel on 30th december 2018 with the following details.

Seat no. 11, payment gateway type; hdfc,
Date of journey : 30 dec, 2018, total fare :433,
The status is shown failure and no ticket was issued. So the traveller could not travel. The money was deducted.
I humbly request you to refund the amount at the earliest.
