[Resolved]  Kerala State Electricity Board [KSEB] — Payment Failed.. Amount deducted from account

I have paid Electricity Bill of Consumer Number :[protected] through UPI payment on[protected]. Payment amount is Rs.2, 221. Amount deducted from account but payment became failure. It's been 7 days now, amount not yet refunded. Please make the refund process. Also attached screenshot of payment details.
