Poor Internet, very disappointed with Kerala Vision Broadband. Every day I call to Customer care / Service Provider to check with the internet issue. And our local provider says its the complaint from Thrissur division . and the kerala vision customer care says that they don't have that kind of complaint/ work . and am rise a complaint again . after that call they didn't give call back or solve my problem & don't pick my call also Many time we raise the compliant but no one is trying to resolve this issue. my customer id is AJEESH4273 and my last complaint ticket number is TKT45505
