Kerala Water Authority — Abnormal meter reading & additional charges | |||||
I have a water connection from kerala water authority, adoor it's a new connection and bill details are as folloows consumer id : [protected] consumer no: kbd/1634/d - domestic meter no: 18662/16 1)bill no: 18611069 dtd : 25/05/2016 --- rs.67/- reading -- 150 2)bill no: 19703851 dtd: 22/07/2016 --- rs.4823/- reading- 188 (total) 3)bill no : 20927879 dtd: 27/09/2016 -- rs.924/- reading- 265 (total- rs.5761/-) i am using only less than 1000 ltrs per day and the charges supposed to be less than rs.100/- i hope this reading may be because of a faulty meter or due to some technical issues. I have given a written complaint to ex. Engr . Kwa, adoor and so far the issue is not resolved. The initial bill for rs.67/- only paid and others are pending due to this abnormality. We have got the connection, but the supply of the water very poor, specilay when it is required . When we have complained about it, they said it is because of lack of water, but meantime our all nighbaurs are getting water, so which couldnot be because of water availablility

Usually water comes during night only and is stored in the tank at ground level which is pumped to the storage tank on the top for use. For the past three to four days there is hardly any water coming. Please check and resolve the same at the earliest
