Kerala Water Authority — Mistake from biller

The Biller came to take reading opens our tap and leave it open, and left. We lost lots of water due to this behavior. The reading as per bill is 2013 and reading at the time we arrive at home is 2044(difference 31 kl). The water was continued to be wasted till we arrives at home. We got less in our bill this time is because we depend on bore-well for washing purposes a lot last months. Kindly takes necessary action, not to repeat this and adjust our bill next time by the difference in kl. Kindly Find the Details below:
