Kerala Water Authority — Not getting water for the last One Month

Dear Sir, We are in a very terrible situation as not getting water for the past One Month. We are coming under the administration of the Cochin Water Authority, area Edapally Chandhrathil road, Cheruvally lane .Even though continuous complaints have been forwarded to this section for the same, they are just simply ignoring it.
