The online payment site of KWA is not seen working properly. I used to make online payment using the consumer ID provided in the bill and the registered password. But now neither the payment page is opened nor the reason for the same is prompted. When I tried to open the link using forgot the password option, it was advised to 'mail online [protected]@kwa.kerala.gov.in'. When I tried to send a mail to the address, it also was not operative. Kindly inform whether there any change in the 'login' process or advise me on the action to be followed to enable the online payment.
