Based on our complaint under id no.1267663 the authorities re instate the subject cited public tap on 25.04.2016 at 9.30 am. On the same date(25.04.2016) the family connections on the same pipe line got sufficient water while we had not get a drop of water from the re instated tap. The concerned authority(Water authority, varkala office) shows a deaf ear on our demands. We had registered compaints on 23/04/2016 & 25/04/2016 on the customer complaint register in the above office regarding the same. But the authorities noted a wrong reply against the complaint noted in the register. The actual fact is that the bottom of the tap made with gi pipe which is in a rusted condition.We need a permanant solution for the issue.
This is for your kind information that earlier the authorities solved the leakage on the aforesaid tap only after 21 days from
The date of complaint. This is an example for the lackadaisical attitude of the above office.
Hence we request that necessary order may kindly be issued to the concerned office to solve issue on a war footing basis
