[Resolved]  Kerala Water Authority — water supply completely stopped for about 2 months

Sir, I am residing in the Kendriya vidyalaya staff quarters Thamarakuzhi Malappuram kerala and my consumer number is 3969 P.H. Subdivision, Malappuram. I pay my water charges regularly in fact 6 months payment in advance. Since the last two months I am not getting water from the municipality taps and I am managing water from the neighbourhood well ( because of the rains there is sufficient water) . But I am afraid if this situation continues into the summer I am going to face immense trouble regarding water availability for House hold purposes and drinking. I have personally visited the KWA office and made a complaint and they have not made any checking of the plumbing and they are not rectifying the problem,
