KG Hospital Customer Care's response We connected with Mr.Sivagurunathan, regarding his vaccine certificate.
It is true that he was unable to pull out his first dose certificate. Our staff had already explained at length on how to get it done and he was contented with the phone call.
Raising a void complaint which was already addressed is very disappointing and not correct.
