I had placed a prepaid order 10 days ago and had received no information on the location or delivery of my order yet and also it is beyond the room used delivery date. There is no proper customer care service..no one picks up call or relies to email and finally when someone received a call from head office it seems the person cut the call on my face as I started to discuss the issue. I wish to have an immediate refund of my order..have lost all my trust on a company with such a big name Was this information helpful? |
