Khadims Online — Goods not received for the online payment made

I had an online purchase on Khadims online with netbanking payment.
The payment has gone to service provider and the status of the order shows as in cart yet.
Wrote to customer care about the transaction of money that is still shown as debited from my account and I have not yet received the order neither the money is credited.
The order was made on 15th March. On 27th March I had written my 3rd email to Khadims customer care and with response even for email.
Please let me know how these frauds of online payment can be retrieved for companies like Khadims.
