Khanak Enterprise — Ordered items from the website is not received

I had placed an order on the website clasywoman.com. Order number is 7035. I have not received the order yet. The only contact mode is email ID - [protected]@gmail.com. They are not responding to the emails. I have sent them multiple emails for confirmation on my order. I want a refund. I have paid using Google Pay.
