I have a scheme for rs.5000/- at Station Road khazana showroom visakhapatnam ( old showroom). I regularly paid all the installments and it's rejecting the final payment.When I contacted the showroom they have directed me to the cash counter.The person there was very impatient with me, when I have asked about my doubt for 2times, he simply disconnected the call. I am a very regular loyal n valuable customer to Khazana.U can check my purchases and the amount of gold through my mobile number. I referred the brand to many but now I feel that the brand is loosing it's grace.
