I thought your are very good at taking care of customer service. You team provide that its very very worst customer service.
This is Venkatesh from Vizag I have taken one gold item from Vizag branch beside Sangam Sarat theatre. November 9 evening i paid amount thorough Phoenpe (18901) transaction was successfully completed, but your team said that amount was not received to Us so need to do again repayment. As per your team guidelines I paid the amount immediately and taken the item.
The next day Khazana team called and said that your was received to us so please come and sign the papers as per their requirements. I came and sign the papers. They sadi within 4 days amount will credit.
After 4 days I checked my Balance but amount was not received, I called to your team 100 more times but no response from your side. Till the date no response.
Now am in your showroom no one is responding for that simply saying that Monday will receive the amount is this fair you people think.
In this week I have struggled very lot without any amount in bank I am checking every minute that Khazana team will send amount morning afternoon evening night. Was this information helpful? |
