[Resolved] Kidoxi.in — Online Shopping fraudulent - Cheating customers by not delivering the ordered paid products | |||
Https://kidoxi.in/ is selling consumer durables like Laptop tables, Kids clothing, etc.. I have ordered Multi purpose foldable laptop through https://kidoxi.in on 9-Dec-2020 and done online payment of Rs.418.95. Payment was successful and order is confirmed with order #2082. As per the site, Order details will be sent to given mobile number. Also it's mentioned consumers can write mail to Care.[protected]@gmail.com to know the details of orders and it's mentioned they will reply in 48 hours. I have written mail 5 times to them to know the status of my order, but there is no response from them. Also there is no customer care number to reach the seller. Site looks fraudulent and not delivering the orders to consumers after receiving payment from customers. Please take the required action on https://kidoxi.in/. Was this information helpful? | |||
Dec 22, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved I have raised complaint through Consumer helpline(https://consumerhelpline.gov.in/) as well. Grievance was sent to the company by NCH. Now I got my amount back. I did not get my order but Kidoxi paid my amount back to my account.
I am not sure only myself got the the amount back or same case for others as well who have ordered from Kidoxi site. | |||

Same is the case with me my order #3080. The order was placed on December 15 and now no reply from them.
