Kidoxi — Not delivering order after taking advance payments | |||||
Https://kidoxi.in/ is selling consumer durables like Laptop tables, Kids clothing, etc.. I have ordered Multi purpose foldable laptop through https://kidoxi.in on 15-Dec-2020 and done online payment of Rs.418.95. The payment was successful and order is confirmed with order #3080. As per the site, Order details will be sent to the given mobile number. Also, it's mentioned consumers can write a mail to Care.[protected]@gmail.com to know the details of orders and it's mentioned they will reply in 48 hours. I have written 3 mails to them to know the status of my order, but there is no response from them. Also, there is no customer care number to reach the seller. The site looks fraudulent and not delivering the orders to consumers after receiving payment from customers. Please take the required action on https://kidoxi.in/. I had ordered a wall clock on 17 Dec 2020 and made full payment. Payment was successful. However there is no order number sent, email address on website seems to be a dead end too. No reply received for complaint made. Seems like a completely fraudulent site!!
I also ordered the laptop table on 17 dec 2020..but not reached yet..there is no customer number or other way to reached out on kidoxxi ..if someone planning to register NC on company please reach me on below number i will be there with my order details..

I have ordered laptop table on 13th december 2020 but not received till date I think the site is running by fraudlents and my money exhausted and wasted I kindly suggest all consumers don't purchase any of the item from this site.
I have also made payment to Kidoxi.in through Razorpay gateway and the payment was done in the name of "ANSH CREATIONS" for purchase of Kids play tent (2 orders in different address). The paymenya amount was 438.9 x 2.
I have registered a complaint for the same in consumerhelpline.gov.in and it is under process and hope will get a justified action from their part.
