Kidzee School — Book kit not provided after 5 months!

Address:Kidzee tollygunge

It has been 5months since my son joined kidzee. Books are still not provided.i have been asking regularly. Centre blames head office. Head office blames centre. But end of the day child and parents have to suffer.
I want the books at the earliest or the money for the books refunded.
The session is almost over.
