Kidzee School — Denying to refund my partial payment | |||
I had made the part payment of rs 6000/- for my ward admission on 19th October 2019 for the academic year[protected]. On 21th march before starting the academic year, the global LOCKDOWN has been imposed by the GOI due to COVID-19 pandemic. Due to this, the admission can't be possible at that time and till date I was waiting to get the situation normal but instead of getting normal it is getting worse. Now I am requesting to the director of center to refund my amount but he is denying to return and forcing me to take admission otherwise he cannot do anything. I have visited many times to center and also have dropped many email to follow-up but they are not replying. Also when I visit to the center, the center head inform me that director is out of town for couple of days. I am surprised that such an esteemed and renowned educational institutions can cheat the people like this. I had not received any uniform, no admission no:, no books and no formal communication from the institution till date but they have clearly denied to refund a single rupee. It clearly means that Kidzee digest whole money without any reason, without providing any service or content. So request the management to look into this matter so that people shouldn’t feel cheated.
