Kidzee School — kit not provided

My kid is going to kidzee from past 6 months. They have taken money at the time of admission for the kit but nothing is been provided till date. I have spoken to head and also to franchise owner but no response. The reputation of this organization is really bad in my eyes and i will never suggest anyone to send there kid in this school. I want the refund of whatever we have paid for the kit as it is of no use now
