Kidzee School — Misconduct and unprofessional behaviour from school staff and principal

My child is 2 yr 6 months old . I got her admitted in Kidzee Mall Road in play group on 3 .3.2023 .She is having ASD( autism spectrum disorder) on therapy for last 1 yr . She is not urinal/ potty trained .Despite knowing ds facts prinicipal assured us dt they r capable of dealing with such child & there trained midwives will change the diaper once it gets soiled after school . But For last 2 weeks prinicipal is simply getting her out from d school after 40 mins excusing dt she has passed stool . D midwives even falsely demanding dt they hv changed d diapers which they did not & behaving badly & refusing, when I requested to allow my personal maid to access d toilet so that she can clean d child before I take her home .Such type of ASD child should be dealt sympathetically which Kidzee Mall Road branch Kolkata is lacking . hence I want refund my money & will take my child somewhere else where humanity has not been lost ! Shame on Kidzee principal
