Hi Team,
I have facing issue with KK iC 200P which is brought in Cuddalore and the device were moved to Place near ulunderpet ( Vandiaplayam- PIN:607204) due to Personal reason, I have been facing issue with KK IC 200P with not running properly. So i have tried to find out the service center in villupuram area which was unsuccessful, So tried to reach out the number which is provided for Tamilnadu but even lot of try no one has answered the call, After one week i have written an email to them for Bangalore and Coimbatore id and received response to reach Welcome Agencies, but reaching them they siad it will be handled by Honda service at Villupuram, But the Person at service center treats like i have going to sevrice the machine without cost and they are only ready to service only after two weeks as they have so much of service works of thier machine then only they will attend my request. Even requested complaint number for my request which they hestiated to provide the same.
I didn't expect such response from a great company like Kisan Karft. Even now i am little confused if i go with buying a new product at first i need to verify which machines services is provided in our area.
Without proper complaint handling procdure or service person how you guys are selling the machine. Was this information helpful? |
