Kissht — Money not yet Disbursed into bank account upon Approval

Hi my money is not yet disbursed into my account upon successful verification and e mandate also went successfully by sending 1rs to my account and the customer care tells me that is rejected by the system at the time of disbursal can you please look into this issue my birth date is 14/12/1989 and name is Mohammed Nooruddin Mansoor
