[Resolved]  Kissht — Rude behaviour of collection executive towards ladies

One of your executives threatened my mother when nobody was there at my home.I promised him that i will clear my dues on 31st january 2022, he came to my house without a call on 27th january 2022 and threatened my mother who was physically not well. I called him several times regarding this matter, he said he has the right to tresspass into my home if I don't make a payment. Who gave him such a right?? What right do you have to give such an authority to your employees. I called the HR manager and he also behaved in a rude way.I assure you that if you don't make an action against this arrogant natures of your cultureless employees I will file a complaint in the human rights department.I was ready to clear my dues including all the late payment and ourdue. Charges on 31st of January 2022, but after this I assure you that I will pay a single penny after your cultureles employe faces a disiplinary action. My mother will file a police complaint tomorrow, we have witnesses for the incident. I will add the contact details of your employes who behaved in a rude way for your reference
