I order 2xs from the Rachel Ray porcelain collection and it Declined I would like my money back. I know my card didn't decline and now i should be getting 4 sets. No one should steal from other people and no false advertising should be is why I'm always sceptical about buying off line. Just return me my money and all should. Be fine or i will have to resort to other actions.
