Kitchencup.in — Mop not delivered yet

Hi team,

I have ordered a mop worth 200rs and have paid through net banking.. it has not delivered yet and I am unable to contact them.

Please help me in resolving the same, i have got a num in consumer complaints +[protected] and it seems to be fraud too.

They are asking to download some weird apps which doesn’t make sense.

Could you please check and help me with the same.
