We booked a flat with KLJ Developers Private Limited under their KLJ Greens Project in sector -77, Faridabad, Flat No. 101, 1st floor, Tower A9, Customer ID – FBD77-0975 because of some unavoidable conditions we are going through we requested for the cancellation of the booking and refund of money but there is no response from the side of KLJ after several reminders on mail and phone calls. On phone calls either they are not receiving or they answer that they are going to respond later but up to now there is no response.
We are in urgent need of the refund and as per the agreement we are supposed to get the refund in 120 days from the day of cancellation request. Was this information helpful? |
