KLN Motors — Abusive calls from kln bajaj support | |||||
I regularly service my Bajaj platina bike with KLN motors - bajaj which is at Ambattur, Chennai. Lastt time i service my bike in Oct 2015. The service was really good. No Doubt abt it. I trust this service center because its authorized by Bajaj But, by Mar 2016 i received a message as a reminder to service my bike. This indeed a good process. Then the actual problem started, i received a call from KLN customer service the very next day i received the msg. The customer rep called me asking me when i will service my bike again. I told like i did not used my bike much and it would take another 2 months. The call ended. The rep called me again (second time). I immediately told her to remove my name from their follow-up list. The lady refused and argued with me stating all the customers asking them to give such reminder calls. I explained her that i am a customer who dislikes such calls and i also added my number in DND list. But the lady continued the arguement and refused to understand my concern. I had to shout at her to cut the call. The lady called me back and this time She threatened me more since i cut the previous call. I explained her again my point. Then she said, it is as per the KLN Bajaj's policy they would call and follow-up through phone calls and would not remove my name from their list. Was this information helpful? | |||||
