Dealer person tolled bike delivery with registration in 26.11.17 but bike delivery in 29.11.17. But that person not issued in registration no., insurance paper, tool kit, service book, etc.. He tolled person registration no. And other relevant doc. Issuing time after 10 days that means 9.12.17. Iam really socked and very upset.
