Hai, i have given service for my bajaj pulsar in chennai - anna nagar showroom. I have asked to check the power back up for battery which was not completed. I was asked to pay 1445. When i was providing my card for paying the bill of rs.1445 they told me i had to pay 2.5% as service charges. I told i can pay the service charge but my bill should include the amount, they are saying that it will not be included in my bill. I need to know did bajaj has authorized his service centres to collect the 2.5% service charges for card payments.
