[Resolved] Klothes Kafe — About the order placed on 24th april, 2016 | |||||
I had placed order id enghf21246 they give me tracking num of fedex when i call at fedex customer care num they still dont give any parcel to them. Its about 15 days still not received any product. I want my money refund if its possible. Even that i mail them and give whats app msgs on [protected] they only reply that they have to check it with concern person than still have no conclusion. @Fedex :I had received convenient ans from your customer support executive that Klothekafe didn't dispatched my product yet thats why it isn't showed in fedex website.Other from that If you can help me than my order tracking number is[protected] you can contact me on my email ID: [protected]@gmail.com
