Knighthood Shirts — Low quality material | |||
I, Anilkumar, purchased a branded Knighthood blue shirt from Big Bazaar, East fort branch, Trivandrum on 05/09/2015, one of the trusted retailers in India. But it was shocking to see the condition of the shirt after a single wash. Colour has faded and had spread across the folded areas of the fabric. So I contacted with Big Bazaar costumer care team, but they were not ready to take any action. I feel cheated. As a result, I want my money back or the shirt to be replaced. Please see the bill and shirt images attached herewith for your reference. I would request you to kindly look into the matter at the earliest. Third rate fabric. Worst Quality. If i know the manufacturers, will kick on their butts. Very unethical Brand. All retail outlets should ban them.
I have purchased shirts and trousers of the knighthood company from big bazar and took 2 more shirts from brandfactory but non of these are wearing condition, colour fad from shirt as well trousers. Very poor quality.
