I am writing to formally file a complaint against Kodak Consulting, a company that specializes in providing educational services in the field of SAP SCM. This complaint pertains to a series of grievances I have experienced as a customer of Kodak Consulting, including a breach of contract and unethical business practices.
On August 18th, 2023, I entered into a contract with Kodak Consulting, paying an amount of INR 18, 000, to enroll in their SAP SCM classes. However, the classes were never conducted, and I received no services as per the agreement. Additionally, Kodak Consulting promised to provide SAP SCM software access for a period of 6 months as part of the package.
Complaints: 1. Non-Conducted Classes: Despite my payment, Kodak Consulting did not conduct the SAP SCM classes as agreed upon in our contract, resulting in a complete failure to fulfill their contractual obligations. 2. Unfulfilled Promise of Software Access: Kodak Consulting promised access to SAP SCM software for 6 months as part of the package, but this promise has not been fulfilled, and I have been unable to access the software as agreed upon in the contract. 3. Lack of Customer Support: Despite my repeated attempts to seek assistance and clarification from Kodak Consulting, they have shown a complete lack of responsiveness and accountability, leaving me with unresolved issues.

Actions Taken: I have attempted to address these grievances directly with Kodak Consulting to seek resolution, but they have not taken any corrective measures or provided satisfactory solutions.

Resolution Sought: I am seeking the following resolution to this matter: 1. Full refund of the INR 18, 000 paid for the SAP SCM classes, which were never conducted, and the unfulfilled software access as per the contract. 2. Appropriate action taken against Kodak Consulting to ensure that they adhere to ethical business practices and fulfill their contractual obligations to other customers.

I believe that my complaints are valid and that Kodak Consulting has engaged in unfair and deceptive business practices. I kindly request that the Consumer Court investigate this matter, hold Kodak Consulting accountable for their actions, and ensure that appropriate remedies are provided.

I have enclosed copies of relevant documents, including the contract, correspondence with Kodak Consulting, and any other relevant evidence to support my case. I am fully prepared to cooperate with any further investigations or proceedings related to this complaint.

I kindly request a prompt response from the Consumer Court regarding the initiation of proceedings and the next steps in addressing this complaint.
